Cockpit Cover
The cockpit cover must be installed first . To install: simply lay over handlebars and center the

computer window. Attach the Velcro under the handlebars and below the top tube.

The handlebars can be left exposed by folding ends under and attaching with the velcro strips located on the underside of the cover as shown in the photo. (click on photos for bigger images)

Rear Cover
After installing the front cover, lay it over the top tube. Route the lower tabs under the shifter cables (if exposed). Pull the material as tight as possible and attach the Velcro© tabs (see photos). On small frames, any excess material can be folded under and attached as shown.

Attach the rear tabs and adjust to ensure tire clearance. Make sure that the chain and crank arms are not hitting the cover. If there is interference, fold the material under and attach to the rear tab as shown in the photo. Properly adjusted, the cover will have adequate clearance for the tire, chain and crank arms (click on photos for bigger images).

Trainer Cover
The Trainer Cover requires two wooden dowels (not supplied) to be inserted into the pockets. Dowels can be purchased at any hardware store. They should be 3/4” diameter and cut to 11”.

Align the cover as shown in the photo. Adjust for tire clearance. (click on photos for bigger images)

Note: The Bike Bikini™ must be installed prior to attaching bike to roof rack.

To Install: Simply lay over handlebars and center , Clip together the straps under the handlebars and pull tight making sure that the brake levers are covered as shown in Figure 1. If your bike has bar-end shifters, pull them back as far as possible (small cogs front and rear.

Stretch the saddle cover over the rear of the saddle. The nose of the saddle should be inserted in the pocket of the underside . Pull the cover taut by pulling the elastic cords equal amounts. See figures 2
and 3.

The bike as shown in figure 4 is now ready to install on the roof rack. Secure the bike to the rack as per the rack manufacturer's instructions. Route the lower flap straps around the bar and clip the ends together. Pull taut as shown in figure 5.
